Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your personal access to ZapStack. Other members of your company can continue using the platform.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • Your personal settings and preferences

What remains

  • The company workspace and all its data
  • Connected cloud accounts
  • Scan history and recommendations
  • Other team members’ access

How to delete your account

Open Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

Go to Account

Navigate to the Account section.

Request deletion

Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
Account deletion is currently processed manually. After submitting your request, our team will process it within 1-2 business days.

Delete company

Deleting your company removes the entire workspace and all associated data. No one in your organisation will be able to access ZapStack after deletion.
Company deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All team members will lose access immediately.

What gets deleted

  • The entire company workspace
  • All connected cloud accounts
  • All scan history and recommendations
  • All team members’ access
  • Saved schedules and configurations

Before you delete

Consider whether you need to:
  • Remove IAM roles from your AWS accounts
  • Export any data you want to keep
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Notify other team members

How to delete your company

Open Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

Go to Company

Navigate to the Company section.

Request deletion

Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Company.

Confirm

Follow the confirmation prompts to submit your deletion request.
Company deletion is currently processed manually. After submitting your request, our team will process it and confirm once complete. This typically happens within 1-2 business days.
