Roles
ZapStack has two roles:
- Admin - Full access to all features, can manage team members and workspace settings.
- Member - Can view and act on Issues, but cannot manage team or workspace settings.

Inviting team members
There are two ways to add people to your workspace.
Email invitations
Send direct invitations to specific email addresses.
Go to Team settings
Navigate to the Team section from the Sidebar.
Invite member via email
Enter their email address, select role and click Send invite.
Domain auto-join
Allow anyone with a matching email domain to join your workspace automatically.
Got to Team settings
Navigate to the Team section from the Sidebar.
Toggle auto-join
Toggle on Allow anyone to join with a company domain.
When enabled, anyone who signs up with an email address matching your domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com) will automatically join your workspace as a Member.
Managing team members
Change a member’s role
Open Team settings
Go to Settings > Team.
Find the member
Locate the team member in the list.
Update role
Click the role dropdown next to their name and select the new role.
Remove a team member
Open Team settings
Go to Settings > Team.
Find the member
Locate the team member you want to remove.
Remove
Click the menu icon and select Remove from workspace.
Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. They will need a new
invitation to rejoin.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have multiple admins?
Yes.
What happens when I remove a member?
They lose access to the workspace immediately. Any issues they were working on remain in their current state. Their activity history is preserved.
No. Only admins can access billing and subscription settings.
