Clicking a fix group on the Issues page opens the Fixes view for that check type. The page shows every affected resource, your progress across them, and the solution steps you need to take action. The header gives you an overview of the fix:
  • The aggregate title (e.g. “12 Idle EC2 Instances”) and service icon
  • A fixes-implemented counter showing how many resources are resolved (e.g. 4/12)
  • Effort and category badges
  • Remaining estimated monthly saving, once completed fixes are excluded
If all resources have been fixed, the savings badge is replaced with an “All issues fixed” indicator. A description of the check sits below the header, explaining what the issue is and why it affects your costs.

Resources table

The table lists every AWS resource affected by this issue type.

Sorting

Use the Sort by control to order resources:
OptionDescription
SavingHighest potential monthly saving first (default)
TimeMost recently discovered first
NameAlphabetical by resource ID

Grouping

Use the Group by control to organise resources into sections:
OptionDescription
AccountGroup by AWS account (default)
RegionGroup by AWS region
StatusGroup by issue status (Todo, Done, Hidden)

Hidden resources

Resources you’ve hidden are not shown by default. A toggle at the bottom of the table lets you show or hide them.

Resource detail panel

Clicking any resource row opens a detail panel at the bottom of the screen. You can drag the panel’s top edge to resize it, and it stays open as you click between rows. The panel has two tabs:
TabWhat it shows
ResourceResource name, ID, account, region, and current cost details
EvidenceCloudWatch metric charts used to identify the issue (CPU, network, etc.)
The Resource tab also shows the recommended solution with step-by-step instructions for AWS Console, CLI, and Terraform.
The evidence charts show data from ZapStack’s last scan. If a resource shows higher utilization during specific periods, it may be worth investigating before marking it as done or hiding it.
